APOLLO- A.P.H.X (Flowing Station)

My first attempt at designing a science fiction concept: APOLLO.
After a solar anomaly triggered the rise of Helion radiation—an infectious, sun-born force capable of penetrating Earth’s atmosphere—sunlight became deadly to humans. In response, humanity constructed A.P.H.X., a colossal airborne station that hovers above the clouds. From its central spire, it emits a high-energy beam that forms a massive shield, blocking Helion radiation and creating a temporary safe zone below. Hovering in the skies, A.P.H.X. stands as the last line of defense, shielding what’s left of humanity on the ground.
